  • inFeedo is an HR tech startup that uses conversational AI to understand and act on employee feedback. Supported by prominent investors including Tiger Global and Y Combinator, inFeedo serves over 300 customers across the globe. By partnering with JJELLYFISH, inFeedo sought to identify the feasibility of replacing existing competitor products; and to determine which among their three product offerings should lead their entry into the U.S. market.

  • The initial outbound strategy revealed that inFeedo needed to be more specific about the job titles it targeted and contact a wider variety of industries. The improved strategy targeted specific HR positions and expanded to include industries that inFeedo had not previously considered. Results proved the outbound adjustment effective, as it doubled the number of Interested responses received from the market.
    The feedback from CHROs revealed a preference for one of the three inFeedo products. Decision-makers in the C-Suite highlighted an acute need, which was underscored by the CHRO's willingness to consider significant investments (up to millions of dollars) to mitigate these challenges. 
    Considering the feedback for all three products enabled inFeedo and JJELLYFISH to craft a targeted go-to-market strategy. Validated by direct market feedback and a clear understanding of the U.S. market's current priorities, inFeedo strategically positioned itself to address the most immediate needs of its ICP.
